How do you know if you have to pay Inheritance Tax in Louisville Ky, What are the guidelines? A lawyer is telling me that I have to pay Inheritance Taxes on money and items my mother left me and my brother. How do we know that is correct? My aunts are telling me when they split my grandparents estate they did not have to pay any Inheritance taxes. |
